Security and privacy are the concerns of any individual or organisation, as the cyber crime is reportedly increasing these days there came into existence of "OnePlus" Data breach.
This is a Chinese smartphone manufacturer company founded by Pete Lau and Carl Pei in December 2013. OnePlus started grabing the Indian markets from OnePlus 6 model which created a sensation.

Impact on its online store customers
OnePlus encountered and confirmed a new data breach as result of vulnerability from it's online store website which exposed undisclosed no of it's customers details like names, contact numbers, emails and shipping addresses.
This incident came into light after the company notified it's customers regarding data breach, however company confirmed that user names, passwords and payment information were not comprised. This is not the first time OnePlus reported security data breach.
OnePlus also confirmed that all the customers were not affected.
It did not reveal the details of the vulnerability but said that there were no similar vulnerabilities in the server.
Advice to affected customers mainly, do not click any links without prior knowledge as it can reveal your user names and password even payment card details as a result of phishing.
Update your devices regularly as it may contains many security patches which are not disclosed to public or even it's own customers.
Protection of data
Do not disclose your personal information in online forms and coupons offline or wherever asked without proper clarification.
Protection of personal data is one's own responsibility in the first step.
Do not respond to unknown calls asking for payment account or card related details.
