Two step verification

If you are using G-mail, use two step verification for extra security.

Open your account in gmail then

1. Click "Account" tab

2. Go to "security

3. Click "setup" under password section, then you will find this

Signing in with 2-step verification

Signing in will be different

You'll need verification codes:
After entering your password, you'll enter a code that you'll get via text, voice call, or our mobile app.

Keep it simple

Once per computer, or every time:
During sign in, you can tell us not to ask for a code again on that particular computer.

Help keep others out

You'll still be covered:
We'll ask for codes when you (or anyone else) tries to sign in to your account from other computers.

2-step verification

Keep the bad guys out of your account by using both your password and your phone.

4. Click "start setup"

5. Enter mobile number and then click "send code"

or click voice call and enter verification code

6. Now your two step verification is activated

Now when you login to your account, you will be prompted to enter verification code which will be sent to your registered mobile.

So, even if your friends know your password, they cant open your account because it asks code for login which will be sent your mobile number which only you can view.

Now you are protected and your account is safe from every one
